What we can do.
With over 20 years experience, West Wight Disco offers a professional, friendly and reliable service. We cover the whole of the Isle of Wight and our prices are very competitive.
We carry a large range of music for all tastes, from the 1940s to today’s top 40. We are able to cater for all types of event including children’s parties, teenage discos, weddings, anniversaries and most other events.
Our sound system is capable of coping with any size of venue, short of a stadium, and we have the lights to fill the floor and attract even the most reticent dancers. The lighting and effects set up includes sound to light units, mirror lights, and laser effects. Additionally, we can do seasonal/occasional lighting as required. We can provide smoke and bubble machines, but some venues do not permit their use, please check with the venue or we can check for you. Other effects may be provided, please call us to discuss your requirements.
Most venues are very particular about safety requirements for their guests and employees. To meet the requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations all our equipment is tested for electrical safety (PAT tested) and our certificates are available for inspection by you or the event venue. See our safety statment here. In addition, we are fully insured for Public Liability up to £2,000,000. as well as passing an enhanced CRB check. West Wight Disco holds a Pro-Dub Licence issued by MCPS-PRS for professional use of format shifted music.
